Factory inspection standard:

Leakage current: The leakage current of the component at the working temperature and after the sealing test of the hydraulic testing machine should not exceed 0.5mA (other peers should not exceed 0.75mA)

Rated power deviation: + 5%/-10%

Insulation test: 1000MΩ (other counterparts generally only 100MΩ)

Breakdown test: 2000V/s (other counterparts generally only 1300V/s)

Life test: batch sampling, the normal working life of the heating element is not less than 3000h under the frequency of use provided by the customer. Or use the rapid life test method proposed by French SEB company and Swedish Kantar company.

Hydraulic test: For components used for liquid heating and the joint is installed below the liquid level, if the flange is welded, it should be able to withstand the immersion pressure test of 1.2MPa and lasted for 5min, and there is no leakage after the test; if the fastening device is welded, It should be able to withstand the 0.3MPa and 5min immersion test, and there is no leakage after the test.
